Summary: It was largely fine. Staff were Lovely. The only complaint was mold in the ceiling corners of bathroom which contributed to mold smell in room.

Summary: I would like to have had a warning of the renovations taking place. The tub faucet constantly dripped. Someone complained of leaking below my room. But, no one inspected or offered moving me. Other than that, my stay was GOOD.

Summary: We received the wrong room. Paid for King got a double or queen. Could not change. No refrigerator and dirty vents. Requested the price corrected and have not gotten yet. Will not stay again.

Summary: The hot tub was nice, it need the jets fixed cause they don't work. Pool needed to be shocked but was nice and enjoyable. Beds were comfy, room was clean. Fast customer service

Summary: Decent, but nothing exceptional. The first room I was assigned to had a ridiculously loud AC unit that would have made it impossible to sleep. I asked to switch rooms and was accommodated. The second rooms AC unit was rattling as well, but was much better. The room was clean, but there was a distinct unpleasant smell in the hallway and the carpets were very dirty.

Summary: There were different places in the room that needed attention, one was the toilet. It's too small, and I'm sure all rooms have one that's too small. My knees were higher than the rest of my body and it was difficult to rise. This might be an unpleasant subject, but the person that made that decision during construction should be "canned!" This isn't the housekeeper's fault, and I did leave something for them, as I always do, but it wasn't as much as it would have been if the rest of the room had those different places cleaned.

Summary: We were in town for a family wedding and stayed here because of the location and indoor pool. I’m giving a two star review because of the safe location of the hotel otherwise it would be a one star. We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool. The kids were playing in the pool area but were asked to play quietly as there were a couple guest room located in the indoor pool area so any noise was annoying to them. Which is completely fair and understandable however I would argue if it were an outdoor pool the kids could play normally and have fun without feeling like they need to whisper so the kids didn’t really enjoy it after that and we didn’t use the pool for the rest of our stay. Also the hot tub was luke warm at best I look forward to a warm hot tub and this wasn’t it. As for the room the towels were scratchy and the rooms were a bit worse for wear we had to be moved as our tv didn’t work and both rooms we were in had poor water pressure and Luke warm water and not great shower nozzles hardly any water would come out. The continental breakfast was disappointing severely lacking. 2 out of 10 would not recommend. The night staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The area is safe and clean and parking is available and easily accessible.
